With over 35 years of experience, they’ve supported NHS leaders in solving critical challenges, deploying a team of 385 specialists to deliver measurable outcomes and significant value.

Their work focuses on four key areas: sustainable financial recovery, workforce productivity and efficiency, CHC optimisation, and clinical transformation. Over the past decade alone, Liaison Group has saved the NHS £1.4 billion.

In 2018, we were engaged to rebrand Liaison Financial Services and reposition the organisation, already a specialist with three decades of heritage, as a leading voice in its industry.

Through in-depth brand audit sessions with the Board, senior leadership, and internal advocates, we developed a clear brand proposition and structured a new brand architecture. We recommended the positioning statement, “Changing the Global Health Economy,” and advised on the formation of a group structure, introducing three audience-facing sub-brands: Liaison Finance, Liaison Workforce, and the newly established Liaison Care.

Following this strategic foundation, we designed a refreshed brand identity based on five key building blocks: logo, colour palette, typography, graphic devices, and photography style. The resulting visual identity was clean, modern, and approachable, strengthening brand recognition and positioning Liaison Group as a progressive force in the healthcare sector. The logo icon was specifically designed to represent their scalable support model and impact on reducing costs and inefficiencies.

We also delivered a comprehensive suite of InDesign templates for marketing collateral across the group and its sub-brands, supporting the rollout of the rebrand with launch materials that communicated their bold ambition to transform the global health economy.

A launch website was created in 2019, followed by a full redevelopment in 2022. The current site offers expanded functionality, advanced search logic, and a comprehensive overview of Liaison’s services.
