They required development of their website to allow them to engage with their expansive audience, ranging from current residents, potential new residents and family. The website needed to cater to all as well as provide engaging features showcasing their villages, schemes and properties.
Part of that customisable approach included a bespoke dynamic pop-up tool we developed that allows the user to select their interest in ExtraCare’s services, ensuring the website imagery and content is tailored to the individual’s needs. Improving the customer journey and engagement with the site.
